Regulatory data access

A complete view for supervision

The BONDIX model is designed so CONSOB, and any other competent authority within its remit, can access the data and evidence required for supervisory activity.

Issuance documents

The regulator can access issuance documentation, terms and conditions, approved versions, identifiers and document hashes, retained according to applicable procedures.

Payment and lifecycle events

Consultable events include subscription, transfer, coupons, missed payments, redemption, closure and any exception or correction recorded in the issuance lifecycle.

Holders of issued bonds

The regulator can access the mapping between the public position identifier, holder, issuer, nominal amount, restrictions and position status. Real identity and underlying documents are accessed through the authorized view connected to the off-chain KYC/AML systems.

Regulatory documentation

According to applicable law and the authorization perimeter, the platform must make available the evidence to which the authority is entitled: operating registers, audit trails, controls, risk registers, incidents, subject data, third-party contracts, continuity reports and technical documentation.

Access will be designed with strong authentication, role-based authorization, access logging, verifiable exports and evidence retention. The final perimeter will be validated with legal advisors and CONSOB.
